Delicious Dishes in 4 Ingredients or Less

Whether you're planning a special meal or hosting an event, these dishes are both simple to prepare and delicious. Plus, the ingredient amounts can be easily increased based on the size of your gathering.

Watermelon and Feta Salad
(Serves 4 or more)
  • Fresh watermelon, cubed
  • A handful of basil, sliced into slivers
  • Half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
Combine the watermelon cubes with sliced basil and top with crumbled feta cheese.


Baked Brie With Figs
(Serves 4 or more)
  • One wheel of Brie cheese, cut into quarters
  • 2 figs, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the wheel of Brie topped with figs into the oven and bake for 6 minutes. Pour honey over the Brie, and bake for 4 additional minutes.


Tomato Basil Spaghetti
(Serves 4 or more)
  • One package of spaghetti
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • A handful of basil
  • Olive oil as needed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and arrange tomatoes and basil in a baking dish. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and roast for 30 minutes.

Cook the pasta to your preference and drain, saving half a cup of the cooking water. Pour pasta back into pot and mix with the roasted tomato and basil mixture. Add in the reserved cooking water and toss over medium heat.
