Customize your profile to meet your specific goals. This includes setting your goal weight and your net calorie, weight loss and exercise goals.

Track your food intake and exercise whenever, wherever. All you need is an internet connection and you have your food diary and exercise tracker at your fingertips. You can even track your water consumption! Free mobile apps are even available for Blackberry, Android and iPhone.

Basal Metabolic Rate Calculator: Your Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR is calculated based on your height, weight, age and gender and represents the amount of calories you'd burn by resting for 24 hours. According to MyFitnessPal, "it represents the minimum amount of energy needed to keep your body functioning, including breathing and keeping your heart beating."
