Quick Ways to Clear Clutter in the Bathroom

Quick Ways to Clear Clutter in the Bathroom

The bathroom is a place that collects clutter readily due to its small size and the fact we do a lot of personal care in there. Some people use a lot of products to get ready for the day, some let towels stay on the floor, and sometimes the cause is just lazy habits that go on for too long. Whatever the cause, there's a solution.

Make it a point to put personal care products away after they're used. Bag cosmetics into appropriate storage, put away the razors, store hairspray in the medicine chest or under the sink, and take towels out of the bathroom when it's time to launder them. If dirty clothes are kept in the bathroom, don't let them lie on the floor. Instead, keep a hamper in the bathroom and make sure everything gets put into it.

If storage space is an issue, you can make use of vertical space and the corners of the bathtub. Use shelving that hangs on the wall and doesn't stick out too far. You want to be able to close or open the door fully at all times. The corners of the tub are perfect for putting in shelving poles that use tension to hold them in place. You get additional shelving space for your soaps, lotions, and potions without sacrificing room in the tub.
