Wearable Health Tech Fitbit Charge 4: Similar to the Charge 3, the Fitbit Charge 4 adds GPS. That way, you can easily track your runs while leaving your phone at home. The Charge 4 also has Fitbit Pay for contactless payments, so you can stop for a drink or a snack without needing to bring your wallet with you. If you decide to take your phone and listen to music, you can control your playlist on Spotify from your wrist. Other abilities include sleep tracking, weather forecasts, and Alexa integration. Apple Watch Series 5: The newest Apple Watch has a useful always-on display and a digital compass. There's also an FDA-approved app that can detect irregularities in your heartbeat and an accelerometer and gyroscope that can let someone know if you fall and hurt yourself. Xiaomi Mi Band 3: This sporty watch offers basic features for an affordable price. It's waterproof and has a comfortable rubber wristband. The large touch screen is easy to use, and you can receive event notifications, incoming calls, and messages from a variety of apps. When it's fully charged, the battery lasts for up to 20 days. Withings ScanWatch: A classic take on the modern smartwatch, the ScanWatch measures your heart rate, activity levels, oxygen saturation, sleep quality, altitude, and more. It only needs charging about every 30 days, so it's ideal if you're always on the go. If the watch detects an irregularity in your heartbeat, it will tell you to record an EKG and contact your doctor. The ScanWatch will also warn you if it senses signs of sleep apnea or other sleep problems. Garmin's Forerunner 735XT: This smartwatch provides advanced training feedback for athletes. When you run, it monitors your heart rate, the length of your stride, and your speed. You can also change your activity profiles for swimming, biking, hiking, skiing, and strength training. The battery can last up to 11 days on a full charge. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and Garmin's great tech support will answer all of your questions.
