Transform it into a closet. Even though you might already use that unfinished attic as storage space, you can turn the space into a closet. Turn it into a glamorous and private dressing room by adding crisp white paint, a dresser, and a stool.

You might also need to contact an HVAC company to look at the space's current heating and cooling system to determine if any additional ductwork is needed.
